Contest Brief

Hello Eveyone,

We would like to develop a tool that will do the following:

First Feature: Send an automatic reply if someone submitted an entry into a contest

Second Feature: Read from a list of freelancer names (they will be in a google sheets or in an excel file, whatever is easier for you) find them in the Inbox of an account of Freelancer.com and send a message to all of them.
