Contest Brief

Linear actuator (1) rotates the shaft (3) 40 degrees by the lever (2) clockwise and counterclockwise with stopping and holding at any point of the operating range.
The arm (4) is connected to the shaft in such that when the shaft rotates clockwise from the start position, the arm remains immobile (does not rotate) in the range of the first 20 degrees shaft rotation. Further, the shaft rotates along with the arm in the range of the next 20 degrees shaft rotation (А-В).
When the shaft rotates in the opposite direction counterclockwise, the arm rotates (B-A) with the shaft in the range of the first 20 degrees shaft rotation, and then remains in position (A), while the shaft continues to rotate (another 20 degrees) returning to its start position.

The shaft diameter is 30mm.
The moment created by the weight of the arm with the weight of the fixed equipment is 250Hm.
Shaft rotation speed 2rev/min.
