Contest Brief

I have been living in Houston Texas for 2 years as a new hire (age 25) and the City has inspired me. Houston is a great place to live with it's own unique spirit and style. I am looking to capture that in the form of 9 different t-shirt designs, each portraying a different neighborhood in Houston. The neighborhoods are numbered below in no particular order. Feel free to get creative or keep it very simple. You could include the year each was founded, add a certain unique flavor to each, area map, etc. Or it could be as simple as the word with a minimalist theme. It could be one design with a different neighborhood being highlighted in some way with 9 different iterations, or it could be 9 different designs with each neighborhood having their own shirt. You are free to choose! The only request is that there is an icon, symbol, or some kind of tie in between all 9 designs/ shirts. The 9 neighborhoods are:
1) Washington Corridor
2) The Heights
3) Montrose
4) Upper Kirby
5) Museum District
6) Medical Center
7) Midtown
8) West University
9) Rice Military
