Simple job

I need a designer to recreate an existing logo- shown in the attached image -
in Adobe Illustrator (jpg to vector)

the produced file should contain all the layers path ... etc

any improvement REDESIGN is welcome, Please dont change the original color #00acc1

the logo is web platform used by startups and entrepreneurs it's called Theen in english and (ثين) in arabic
