Is there any difference between bidding from PC and Mobile?
I,m newbie in freelancer.com. I learned some days ago that there is time-limit between bids. This time is shown on the lower right corner with the number of remaining bid. That is OK in PC from where i can not bid in that time. But i notice i can bid from Freelancer mobile app. It makes me confused. Please give me a solution on that.
