Professional Experience PTI Group Inc., October 2010 to present • As Systems Support Analyst, I am responsible for CNC Administration of JD Edwards, Kronos and DCLink systems. Develop scripts for communication between all three systems. Provide daily system support for Kronos and DCLink. Provide project support to the JDE user group by researching, proposing and implementing solutions to issues raised.
