Work force management system

This is a requirement to create an internal work force web system.

The main idea of the system is capture person information through a form and based on the information provided, the data should be stored in the system database. The admin or the user owner of the data should be able to handle and maintain the records information updated. Basically, the information will be used as a work force repository for the organization so some search and location features based worker profile like the local zip code (We are in Brazil) are required, to be able to filter and identify workers that fit the requirements that we have for the open positions in my organizations.

Main Features

• The system should be developed on PHP / MySQL / JS.

• The solution should be based in Laravel or Codeigneter as Framework.

• The system backend should consider the Metronic theme interface or something like that. It should be something based on the Bootstrap. The system should be responsive.

• The data entry for new persons should be available in the internet and it will require some field validations.

• All the fields available in the forms that have a list of options should have a CRUD so the user can update the option without new developments.

• A CRUD should be considered to handle the person data maintenance. The form (user profile) will have different type of data fields. Like profile photo or avatar, doc, form text and lists fields and image upload features.

• It is required to have a google maps like feature in order to search persons available to work in a specific distance considering an initial location provided in a field and then all the results available in a range / distance should generate a pin in the Map with the worker photo and resume.

• Authentication using basic user email and password is required and 02 profiles should be considered standard user (worker) and admin

• The User will have access to fill the data entry form with information and load the documentation required for the work positions.

• The Admin will have access to the admin area to manage through CRUD the users (workers) data and use the Google Maps features mentioned above.

• The user or admin should be able to update and handle the data available in the user profile. All the workers should have a own profile page that can be viewed and updated. Only the user owner of the data or the admin should have access to their user profile.

• This is an internal work force system so is not expect to have any job posting features.
